ABOUT POMME BLUSHE
OUR STORY
In 2003, Helen and her family took over a charming farm in West Dorset, close to the Jurassic Coast. Their first task was to restore the land, which included replanting an old orchard with a mix of 24 types of fruit trees. By 2009, they started pressing their apples and selling the juice to local artisan shops.
In 2024, the concept of Pomme Blushe was born, with the idea of introducing a unique apple aperitif that transcends the typical apple experience.
FLAVOUR PROFILE
Pomme Blushe is a blended apple aperitif (12% ABV) which is produced in season from traditional orchard bittersweet apples and matured for a smooth, rich taste. Offering a deep blush tone, strong apple aromas, sweet apple flavour and balanced acidity.
